Mon-Fri: 9:30 – 10:30

Improve flexibility, reduce muscle soreness, and speed up recovery with guided stretching, mobility exercises, and low-impact movements. Perfect for all fitness levels.

Circuit

Mon-Fri: 12:00 – 13:00

Experience a full-body workout that combines strength and cardio exercises in timed circuits to improve endurance, burn fat, and build lean muscle.

Cross-Training

Mon-Fri: 14:30 – 16:00

Mix different workout styles including cardio, strength, flexibility, and functional exercises to improve overall fitness while reducing injury risk..

Aerobic Exercise

Mon-Fri: 9:30 – 10:30

Boost your heart health, increase endurance, and burn calories with energizing cardio workouts including running, cycling, jump rope, and HIIT sessions.

Compound Exercises

Mon-Fri: 12:00 – 13:00

Master powerful movements like squats, deadlifts, bench presses, and pull-ups to build strength, improve balance, and maximize muscle growth.

Functional Moves

Mon-Fri: 14:30 – 16:00

Train your body for everyday activities with functional exercises that enhance balance, coordination, mobility, and total-body strength.
