Diet Plan- Basic Step Towards Fitness
Diet plan or dieting is an important aspect of anybody’s regime for becoming Fat to Fit.
Steps for a Healthy Diet Plan
First Step- Diet Plan
Don’t need a diet plan!
Second Step- Diet Plan
How can I know exact amount of calories that I intake when my mum cooks different meals every day?
It is impossible to calculate your daily intake of calories. But we know what we intake in our diet. If we are aiming at cutting out fat content of body then we should target upon cutting out the salt and sugar intake in our daily diet.
Don’t go for gradual drop of salt-sugar content, instead decrease the amount slowly over weeks to give you body the time to adjust for the change. Like if you take 1 1/2 tea spoon of sugar daily thrice in a day with your milk or tea then try to reduce it to half a spoon over 2-3 weeks. Try to bring it down further and replace it with 1 spoon of pure honey because your body does require some sugar. So this way you can leave sugar out of your diet.
Similarly, try to reduce the salt intake as well in your daily routine to 1/4th. Easy isn’t it?
Third Step – Diet Plan
Water the ultimate savior !
Try to introduce more water into your daily routine. When we mention it means “Water Only”. Set a mug/glass measuring nearly 250 -300 ml for yourself. We don’t recommend any particular calculator for calculating your water intake. All you need to do is drink water at the correct time. Here is how it is done-
- Drink 2 glasses of water after waking up in the morning.
- 1 glass of water 30 mins before your meal every time (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner).
- 1 glass of water every time when you use your washroom.
- 1-2 glass of water before going to bed.
So this way you can intake nearly 8-10 glasses/2-2.5 liters of water every day. It would be advisable to drink Luke warm water at-least half of the time.
Fourth Step – Diet Plan
Cut the crap out! How often do we eat outside food or processed food?
You need to cut aside the processed food which includes fried, spicy and extra-fat foods from your diet. You can have a cheat day every 15-20th day, but not every week.
As much as you keep yourself away from extra bit of calories added to your diet from these foods it will become easier for you to start cutting down on your fat.
